To receive a Gold Safety Award, contractors must score between 85-94 in Highwire. The score is based on the company’s historical safety performance (TRIR, EMR, DART, and OSHA records) and leading indicators of performance (management systems, program elements, and advanced safety initiatives). Fewer than 20% of over 50,000 companies on the Highwire Platform receive this recognition each year.
